I have been banned this morning from the bulletin Boards at Foetry.com
in discussions about UGA contemporary poets largely, I suspect,
because a reasoned analysis of their charges is not tolerated. Indeed
by arguing for accountilibilty on one hand they promote the opposite
for themselves. Rather than genius as is supposed ( holding two
contrary views at the same time- is it Fitzgerald?) it is simply
hypocrisy. Nothing good will come out of their project.
I am happy, indeed, half-honored, to have shown them for what they
are: fundamentalist zealots motivated by gaining influence and power
protesting otherwise and therefore all the more invidious. The old
story.
