You know how they are now asking for e-mail only queries? I think they have an automated response that generates only rejections. Out of all the authors I’ve spoken with who have submitted a query, ALL were rejected. I’d love to hear from someone who actually got a request. . .

Seriously, though, I love Avon’s historicals–especially Julia Quinn’s novels.
