According to Variety, the Barbara Walters books sold for only $5 million. Or maybe four. Somewhere in that range. My apologies to those who saw the incorrect figure — remember, that money wasn’t destined for you anyway.

  • Miramax Nabs Walters Book Note: Variety doesn’t give this stuff away for free — Barbara stalkers will need to register for a trial subscription. Personally, I think the headlines to Variety are worth the price, but, then again, I’m easily amused.
