A conservative publisher, in a rather whiny way, decides that since the NYT won’t be reviewing their books, they (Encounter) won’t be sending those books for review. Setting aside the whining, it’s an interesting consideration of how the audience for said books might not be reading the NYT anyway (and, yes, how the declining fortunes of newspapers are leading to other opportunities for book promotion!).
