This whole lawsuit is a bit of a fiasco for WB/JK Rowling. I’ve been discussing the legal aspects of it on my blog. I think she may have shot herself in the foot with this one. A lot of what people liked about the series was the author’s rags to riches tale. I think many may find her mercenary now.

I have read scores of books on the Kindle and, while I am a partisan to the concept, I am now convinced that the e-book revolution is on the verge of a giant breakout.
