Today’s links of interest:
- Runnin’ Scared: Artist, Fan Clash Over What Constitutes Online Piracy
This is an interesting one: the artist doesn’t dispute the right of the customer to resell his purchase, but *does* dispute the right of the customer to display a photo of the "for sale" artwork online. - The Fate of The Sentence: Is the Writing On the Wall?
Don’t worry: like the novel, the sentence will survive. (Warning: annoying Washington Post popunder ad — The Economist, you’re on our naughty list!). - Author Sues Booksellers for Selling His Books
‘Cause it ain’t a party until everyone gets sued — in this case, the distributor hasn’t paid the author (apparently), but the booksellers are being served, too.

Okay, I’m a but puzzled: why are links being repeated back-to-back for the daily square. We saw these in an earlier post. And some of the ones from that earlier post had been seen in an even earlier post than that. Is it the multiple posters thing kicking in?

No, it’s a system thing. Looks like the Daily Square was triggered early today (and if someone is being, ahem, lazy, the “repeats” — which I can’t figure out they happen — don’t get deleted…I apologize!).

Heh. It happened again between the 3rd and the 4th. I guess I’ll just skip the second helping. 😉
