Also, author JC Wilder and the local Houma bookstore are working with the Houma shelters to get the folks everything they need. http://www.jcwilder.com/journal/index.html
And Kathryn Falk and Romantic Times Book Lovers Magazine is taking their “adopt a soldier” strategy they’ve been using with the soldiers in Iraq, and doing an “adopt a family” program to sponsor evacuated families.
