Sarah (and of course we’re not implying anything) has survived Bouchercon and reports on the various awards, well, awarded. For details on The Barry Awards, The Macavity Awards, Shamus Awards, Hammett Award, and Anthony Awards…seriously, how did she find time to report on all this…visit Idiosyncratic Mind.

God bless her. I read that Olen Steinhauer, a nominee for an award, spent the weekend trying to figure who won. Okay, he lives in Budapest, but I couldn’t find out anything either and I’m a cultural watch dog.

Imply? Hell, Bouchercon is way beyond that. But yeah, information was sorely lacking b/c all the usual suspects were too busy drinking themselves into oblivion. Now the reports are streaming in….

Yeah, I guess I could have started “Sarah, who spent the past week drinking like a fish…”, but you know me: always polite. Sounds like a great time (yes, I’ve caught up on the reports).
